Justice in Distribution: An Indispensable Ethical Element for Building an Ecological Civilization

紧张的人地对峙及其带来的灾难性生态后果是生态文明话语凸显的存在论境域。然而,人地危机不过是人际危机的表象,社会利益分配不公及其导致的利益失衡和贫富悬殊乃是生态危机的重要根由。因此,在建设和发展生态文明的当代中国实践中,分配正义理应成为其不可或缺的伦理维度和价值守护。

Ecological crises and the disastrous consequences have raised the issue of ecological civilization. However, the human-land crisis is only the superficial representation of interpersonal relations, because the injustice in distributing social interests which has led to a big gap between the rich and the poor is the root of ecological crises. Therefore, justice in distribution is an indispensable ethical dimension and value foundation in the process of building an ecological civilization in China.
