摘要
针对高温低膨胀合金4J32薄壁筒件的车削问题,从材料特性以及零件结构的方面分析可加工性,通过改进装夹方式,合理选用刀具以及切削用量来减小加工变形,并运用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行分析论证,提出了相应解决问题的方法。
This paper is amid at the turning problem of high temperature low - expanded alloy 4J32 thin tube. It analyzes the machinability in terms of material characteristic and structure of the part. Through improving clamping device, selecting cutting tools and cutting parameters, the distortion is decreased. The distortion is also analyzed and demonstrated using ANSYS software. On the basis of practical application, some measures and methods are put forward.
