知识经济与信息技术的发展日新月异,知识导航建设成为大学图书馆研究的一个新问题,也是知识服务创新的一个新途径。构建大学图书馆知识导航系统、实现知识导航功能在当今图书馆发展中是非常重要的。导航系统功能的可靠运行和可持续发展取决于它在建设和运行中的有效管理以及相应管理机制的规范设计,这个规范设计包括三个主要路径机制——人力资源管理机制、知识传播共享机制与读者服务机制。

With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy and information technology, the establishment of the knowledge-guiding system at university library as well as the improvement of its operation mechanism has become a new focus of library studies and a new service approach. Its reliable operation and sustainable development depends on its good construction and operation as well as its effective management and standard design, which includes three main mechanisms, that is, human-resource management mechanism, the knowledge transmission mechanism and the reader-service mechanism.
