细乳液聚合法制备疏水性纳米二氧化硅-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液 被引量:1

摘要 采用细乳液聚合法制备了疏水性纳米二氧化硅-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液,研究了杂化乳液薄膜的应力-应变性能,并通过透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜及凝胶渗透色谱对杂化乳液进行了表征。结果表明:杂化乳液薄膜的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率明显优于纯丙烯酸酯乳液薄膜;在杂化乳液中,二氧化硅被丙烯酸酯包裹,两相的相容性很好;杂化乳液的相对分子质量及其分布基本不随着疏水性二氧化硅用量的增加而变化,与纯丙烯酸酯乳液相当。 Hydrophobic nanosilica-acrylate hybrid latex were synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization. The stress-strain properties of the hybrid latex film were researched. The hybrid latex were charac- terized by transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and gel permeation chromatography. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the hybrid latex film were better than those of polyacrylate latex film. The silica was encapsulated by the polyacrylate in the hybrid latex, and the compatibility of two phases was better. The relative molecular mass and its distribution of the polyacrylate were not affected by silica, and were the silimar to those of polyacrylate emulsion.
