摘要
介绍CAST工艺应用于大连市老虎滩污水处理厂的工艺流程特点及设计参数，在低温条件下处理系统的运行效果。分析了设计和运行中存在的问题，及采取的措施。老虎滩污水处理厂的运行结果表明，在进水温度6．8—8．3℃条件下，CAST工艺对城市污水有较好的处理效果，出水指标达到了我国城市污水处理厂一级排放B级标准。在北方冬季低进水温度条件下，采用CAST处理城市污水是可行的。
The purpose of the article is to supply desiggning parameter and running experence for wastewater treatment plant with CAST type of SBR process at the low inlet temperature and the low nutrition in winter of northern area, and promote application of the craft, the charactert of craft flow in Tiger Beach of Dalian wastewater treatment plant were aulysed, sign parameters and operating situation were introduced in this paper. At the same time, the present problems in designing and running, and resolving measures were put forward. The result of running showed it is a good craft used to treat urban wasterwater at the inlet temperature between 6.8 - 8.3℃, the outlet quality reaches stair letting standard of Chinese urban sewage treatment works. Hence , it is feasible to use CAST craft in treating urban sewage.
