催化极谱法连续测定化探样品中的钨、钼 被引量:10

Determination of W,Mo in Geological Samples Continuously by Catalytic Polarography

摘要 通过试验及理论分析,讨论了催化极谱法测定化探样品中的W、Mo的影响因素。综合主要影响因素,选择了最佳实验条件。W、Mo的方法检出限分别为0.4μg/g,0.6μg/g。W、Mo的浓度均在0~0.036μg/mL,0.036~0.36μg/mL与电流强度呈线性关系。用国家一级标样GBW07123进行精密度实验,W、Mo的RSD(n=12)均为15.5%。加标回收试验结果,W、Mo的回收率分别为95.0%~108%,92.0%~105%。经化探样品国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值相符。 The influnce factors on the catalytic polaregraphy for the determinations of W, Mo in the samples were discussed according to the experiment and theories analysis, and some solutions and some suggestions were put forward. Considering the influnce factors, The best suitabale conditions was selected. Using the method for the direct determination of W, Mo in sample, and the method limit is 0. 4 μg/g,0. 6 μg/g for W, Mo with dynamic concentration range of 0 - 0. 036 μg/mL,0. 036 - 0. 36 μg/mL respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of W, Mo in national geologlcal samples, and the results are in agreement with the certitled values with precisions of 15.5% RSD(n = 12)all, and the recovery rate is 95.0% - 108%, 92.0% - 105% respectively. The examination data prove that this method can be carried out in practice, and we can get the rational results.
