Services of Hospital Information Based on Competitive Intelligence

目的通过分析竞争情报与医院可持续发展的关系以及医院信息保障的特点,探讨基于竞争情报的医院图书馆信息化服务的可行性,并提出具体措施。方法运用SWOT理论分析医院图书馆信息保障的特点。结果医院图书馆信息保障主要表现为具备一定的人员与信息资源优势;良好的性价比;但缺乏个性化主动服务意识以及专业竞争情报人员;同时面临读者需求多样化、信息技术广泛应用的机会与挑战等。结论竞争情报是提升医院核心竞争力的要素之一,是实现医院可持续发展的基础。医院图书馆具备开展竞争情报的有利条件,可以通过提供前瞻性情报服务、开展深层次情报服务以及注重网络情报资源的收集整理等举措更好地做好信息化服务。

Objective To analyze the relationship between the opment of hospitals and the features of hospital information competitive intelligence and the sustainable develsecurity, to explore the feasibility of information service of hospital library based on competitive intelligence. Methods Hospital library information security features were analyzed by SWOD method. Results Hospital library information security mainly included certain officers and information resource advantages; good performance-price ratio, but it lacked personalized and proactive service and also faced the challenges and opportunity such as the variety of reader＇s needs, the extensive application of information technology. Conclusions Competitive intelligence is one of the key factors to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital and is also one of the elements to achieve the sustainable development of the hospital foundation. Hospital library haste more advantages in competitive intelligence which can provide forward-looking information services, in-depth intelligence network services and put much focus on the collection of information resources online.
