硝酸甘油致不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by Nitroglycerin

目的探讨硝酸甘油所致不良反应的一般规律及其特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对国内各种期刊报道的81例硝酸甘油不良反应的病例进行统计分析。结果硝酸甘油所致的不良反应l临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为心血管系统的不良反应(56.79%),其次是过敏反应(13.58%)。结论临床应重视硝酸甘油的不良反应,特别是心血管系统不良反应,而心脏性猝死应是关注的重点。

Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by Nitroglycerin and to offer reference for clinical reasonable medication. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted for 81 ADR cases induced by Nitroglycerin reported by domestic journals. Results The clinical manifestations of ADRS induced by Nitroglycerin were manifold and the first main ADRS was damages of cardiovascular system （56.79%）, and the second was anaphylactic response （ 13.58% ）. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADRS of Nitroglycerin, especially sudden cardiac death.
