摘要
综述了抗组胺药物的分类及其作用特点。通过分析儿童和妊娠期妇女药物代谢动力学的特点,为其选用安全有效的治疗药物,促进抗组胺药物在儿童和妊娠期妇女中的合理应用提供参考。
This paper intends to explain the classification and effective characteristics of antihistamine drugs, and provide basis for choosing both safe and effective clinical drugs for children and pregnant women through analyzing their drug metabolism characteristics, and finally promote reasonable application of antihistamine drugs in children and pregnant women.
