摘要
钻柱振动问题一直是导致钻柱损坏的主要因素,在深井及超深井的钻井过程中,这种现象表现得更为突出。文章通过实验的方法确立了钻柱材料力学性能及钻井液流变性参数随温度的变化关系,并通过实例计算了某深井钻柱的振动特性,与常温下计算结果对比表明温度会影响钻柱的振动特性。该分析方法可为制定合理的钻井参数或者减震措施提供重要的指导意义。
Drill-string vibration is the main reason of drilling-string failure. In the process of deep-well or ultradeep well drilling, the phenomenon presents very obviously. Based on the experiment in the lab, the mechanical properties of drill-string and the change relation of rheological parameter of drilling fluid with temperature were established. Then the property of drill-string vibration was computed in an ultra-deep well.The calculation result compared with the character of drill-string vibration in the normal temperature, the result proved the temperature could affect the property of drill-string vibration.
