论后金绥服漠南蒙古的法律措施

On the Legal Measures used by Later Jin Dynasty to Pacificate Monan-Mongolia

从因俗而治、分而化之和尊重黄教等方面,探讨后金绥服漠南蒙古的法律措施,取得了良好的效果。有清一代,这一精神得到了较好的贯彻,成为清朝统治者处理民族关系,解决民族问题的基本原则,为维护和促进多民族国家的统一和发展做出了巨大贡献。

This thesis discusses the policies used by Later Jin Dynasty to pacificate Monan Mongolia from such aspects as rule by habits, national tradition, differentiation and respecting the religion, which are very effective. In Qing dynasty, these policies had been carried out and became the basic principles in dealing with national problems, which contributes a lot to promote the unification of the multinational country.
