摘要
企业组织发展的理论与实践都表明,在企业内部,总是存在不同于外部劳动力市场运行规则的内部劳动力市场。内部劳动力市场主要依靠科层权威等行政手段进行调节、实行工作岗位晋升制。并且,内部劳动力市场的雇佣合约通常是长期化的。从某一特定视角看,内部劳动力市场的效率基础,就是由企业内部社会资本的专用性和专有性形成的。
Both the theory and practice of organizational development indicates that there always exists an internal labor market, which functions differently from the external labor market within the enterprise. The internal labor market is mainly adjusted by the means of administration such as bureaucratic authority, and the system of working post promotion is carried out in it. Moreover, the employment contracts in the internal labor market are usually long-term. From a specific perspective, the foundation of efficiency in the internal labor market is formed by the specificity and exclusiveness of social capital within the enterprise.
