补肾活血方对内异症伴不孕患者子宫内膜的影响被引量：17

摘要目的:探讨补肾活血方对内异症伴不孕患者子宫内膜的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为中西医结合组(补肾活血方+CC+hCG)、西药组(CC+hCG),治疗3个月经周期。观察hCG日子宫内膜厚度及类型、子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、血清表皮生长因子(EGF)以及妊娠率。结果:中西医结合组hCG日内膜厚度、EGF值及妊娠率大于西药组、子宫动脉RI小于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方能改善内异症伴不孕患者排卵期内膜发育,提高子宫内膜容受性。
