摘要
目的:建立苦玄参药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,科学评价并有效控制苦玄参药材质量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长264nm,柱温25℃,使用"计算机辅助相似度评价软件"进行数据处理。结果:建立了苦玄参药材的HPLC指纹图谱,以苦玄参苷IA为参照峰,确立了苦玄参药材指纹图谱中的22个共有峰,测定了15批次苦玄参HPLC指纹图谱与对照药材图谱的相似度。结论:所建立的苦玄参药材HPLC指纹图谱,精密度、重现性和稳定性较好,有助于苦玄参药材的规范化种植及药材的质量控制。
Objective: Establish HPLC fingerprints of Picriafel- tarrae Lour(PLT) ;get the control chromatogram and the fingerprints of PTL collected so as to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of PTL. Methods : RP - HPLC was used on a Clscolumn, with a mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.3% H3 PO4 as mobile phase using a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1~ 0ml/min ,the column temperature was 25℃ ;and the detection wavelength was 262nm. Use the " Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software to compare the quality of PLT. Results : The HPLC fingerprints of Picriafel - tarrae Lour, showing 22 characteristic peaks,was established from 15 losts of Picriafel - tarrae Lour. Conclusion: Establish the RP - HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of PLT ,get reference fingerprint chromatogram. This method is sensitive, quick, and useful to actualize standardization planting. It can be used for the quality control for PLT.
