丹酚酸A对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织ICAM-1 mRNA表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:丹酚酸A对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)mRNA表达的影响。方法:制备大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞2h再灌注模型,分别于再灌注即刻、1h、4h、12h、24h取脑组织,应用RT-PCR的方法,观察各组ICAM-1mRNA的表达。结果:大鼠脑组织ICAM-1mRNA在正常对照组呈低表达;模型组脑组织ICAM-1mRNA表达显著上调;丹酚酸A治疗组于相同时相ICAM-1mRNA水平显著低于模型组。结论:丹酚酸A抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用可能与下调ICAM-1mRNA表达有关。
