摘要
本文从信息资源的公益性开发和服务的概念入手,阐明了信息资源公益性开发和服务的意义,分析了信息资源公益性开发和服务的现状和问题,并有针对性地提出推动信息资源公益性开发和服务的政策建议对策。
Proceeding from the concepts of the development and utilization of the public interest of information resources, this paper expounds its significance, analyzes its status quo and problems and puts forward some pertinent policies, suggestions and countermeasures for the promotion of the development and utilization of the public interest of information resources.
