On Cultivation of Innovation Spirit and Practical Capability of the Students of Local Normal Universities

地方高师学生创新精神和实践能力缺乏的主要原因是:传统的应试教育观念的影响;沿袭传统的人才培养模式;缺乏具有创新精神和实践能力的教师队伍。提高地方高师学生创新精神和实践能力的途径:冲破崇尚经验和权威的旧教育观念,树立创新教育观念;构建适宜培养学生创新精神和实践能力的人才培养模式;建立富有创新精神的高水平的师资队伍。

The causes that the students of local normal universities lack innovation spirit and practical capability mainly lie in the effect of the traditional exam-oriented education, the traditional pattern of cultivating talents and the lack of teachers who have innovation spirit and practical capability. The methods of solving this problem include getting rid of old educational conception which advocates experience and authority, setting up innovation educational conception, constructing new cultivating pattern which is propitious to fostering talents and constituting high-level teachers with innovation spirit themselves.
