基于XML的跨组织工作流程整合架构研究

Research on XML-based Cross-organizational Structure of Workflow Integration

利用XML语言的自我描述功能及跨平台特性,作为数据交换的信息载体,提出一个以XML为基础的工作流程系统整合架构。当系统产生所需的XML文件时,会触发相对应的工作流程程序,在跨组织或异质性系统间达到信息传递与整合的功能。以XML作为文件主要信息承载的媒介,可以让整个过程具有广泛而多元的表示能力。可以表示的内容包含相关公文信息、流程描述、流程核销记录等。并结合系统定义的映射文件转换规则,同时达到异质性信息库横向整合的目的。

Using XML self-described function and cross-platform features,as a vector data exchange information,this paper proposes an XML-based workflow systems integration framework.When the system produces the XML document which needs,can trigger the workflow procedure which corresponds,or cross-organizational between the system achieves the information transmission and the conformity function in the cross organization.XML as a document bearing the main message of the media,allowing the whole process has extensive and diverse that capacity.That could include the contents： documents related information,process descriptions,process writing off the records,and combines the system definition mapping file conversion rule,simultaneously achieves heterogeneous database crosswise conformity goal.
