在综合经营背景下,商业银行经营保险业务是一种高度一体化的银行保险模式,商业银行则相应转型为金融集团。在协同理论框架下,本文解释了发达市场中银行主导的银行保险金融集团剥离保险业务的现象,提出银行保险模型的选择取决于市场环境和管理能力,而创造协同效应应该是判断银行保险金融集团成功的标准。然后,分析了银行保险金融集团创造协同效应的关键因素。最后,对我国商业银行发展银行保险业务提出了具体建议。

In the background of integrated operation, conducting insurance business is one kind of highly integrated bancassurance pattern, and commercial banks are increasingly transforming into financial conglomerations. In the framework of cross-business synergy, this article analyzes the activities of bank-controlled bancassurance financial conglomeration conducting insurance business in developed markets, proposes that whether the bancassurance conglomeration succeeds in creating synergy should be the standard to judge its success, and also suggests that the choice of bancassurance model is up to the market environment and management capability. Then the article analyzes the key factor of bancassurance financial conglomeration in creating synergy. Finally it proposes suggestion for China＇s commercial bank on developing bancassurance business.
