摘要
介绍了引进的超临界直流锅炉三种带内置式分离器的启动系统及汽轮机高、低压旁路系统,分析了三种系统在锅炉启动和停炉过程中的工作特点;并对三种系统在工作过程中工质和热量的回收进行了简单的经济性计算,为将来直流锅炉的设计和运行模式提供了有益的参考。
This paper not only describes three kinds of starting separator systems and bypass system of the steam turbine introduced abroad, but also analyses the feature in the process of the boiler starting-up and shutdown of these three systems. The economical calculations of the medium in the process of the systems and heat recovery offer some profitable references that can improve the design and running patterns of the once-through boiler.
