摘要
国华电力公司600 MW锅炉燃用易结渣的神华煤出现过热器区域结渣,不利于传热,造成主汽温偏低和排烟温度偏高,影响机组的经济性和安全稳定运行。分析了结渣原因,对比加装锅炉吹灰器前后,进行了节能分析。
Slagging could happen in area of superheater in 600 MW boilers in Guohua Electric Company when firing Shenhua Coal which is clinkering. Such slagging is harmful for heat transferring which caused lower main steam temperature and higher discharge flue temperature and could influence economy and safety operation of units. Slagging causes were analyzed in this paper and energy-saving analysis was given before and after installation of soot blower.
