摘要
文章在衰减全反射原理的基础上提出一种新的滤波器制作方法。衰减全反射结构对其被激发出的高阶导模具有很强的波长选择性,利用这一特性以及有机聚合物的电光特性,制备出了一种具有全新结构的可调谐滤波器。和其他可调谐滤波器相比,该滤波器具有插入损耗低、制备简单、成本低廉以及稳定性高等优点。通过进一步优化参数,可以得到带宽为0.4 nm的可调窄带滤波器。
On the basis of the Attenuated Total Reflection (ATR) principle, a novel solution for the tilter design is presented. As we know, high-order guided modes excited in ATR configurations are highly wavelength dependent. Utilizing this characteristic and the electro-optic characteristics of organic polymers, a newly-structured tunable filter is fabricated with merits of lower insertion loss, simpler fabrication process, lower cost and stronger stabilization as compared with other types of tunable filters. Moreover, a narrowband tunable filter with 0.4 nm bandwidth can be obtained by further parameter optimization.
