摘要
以 Lucas(1988)和 Rome(1990)为代表的内生增长理论开创以来,人力资本积累被看作与物质资本一样是经济增长的重要源泉。借助于人力资本积累这一桥梁,在 Samuelson(1958)&Diamond(1965)的世代交叠模型(OLG)的基础上,许多研究将养老金制度、教育投资与经济增长的其他要素相联系,进行了理论和应用研究。本文主要介绍了养老金制度与教育投资的理论和应用研究的最新成果和进展,这对于当前社会保障改革进程中的养老金计划和制度的设计具有重要意义。
Ever since the advent of the intrinsic growth theory by Lucas(1988) and Rome( 1990), human capital is regarded as a source of economic growth as material capital. More and more theoretical researches and application studies have, through human capital accumulation, analyzed the relationship between the social security system, education investment and economic growth based on Overlapping Generations Model (OLG) by Samuelson (1958) and Diamond (1975). This paper summarized the latest results and progress of the theoretical and application studies on the social security system and education investment and introduced new trends in theoretical and applied research, which will be meaningful to the design of the social security system during this period of rapid economic growth and social security reform in China.
