Organizational model restructuring for insurance enterprises on the basis of modulization theory

摘要 模块化理论的研究始于20世纪50~60年代。用模块化思想改进我国保险企业的组织模式,是适应保险市场日新月异的变化,提高保险企业经营柔性与竞争能力的重要方法之一。保险企业组织模块化系统规则,包括结构、界面、标准三个要素。保险企业组织模块化改造的路径有:标准化、集中化和模块化。 The research on modulization theory was dated back to 1950s to 1960s. Restructuring insurance enterprises' organizational model on the basis of modulization theory is to get adapted to the quickly changing insurance market. It is also an important method to improve on pliability of insurance companies' operation and their competitive competence. The modulization of insurance enterprise's organizational structure include 3 factors, namely, structure, interface and standard. And the paths towards insurance enterprise's modulization of organizational model are standardization, centralization and modulization.
