摘要
采用钴铬合金整体铸造上颌基托２６例，不但解决了义齿反复断裂的难题，还满足了部份病人的特殊要求。
Chrome cobalt alloy was used to cast full maxillay bases in 26 cases. The problem of repeated fracture of full denture was solved and the special demands of the patients were met with satisfactory results.
