摘要
主要探讨尾叶桉的模拟EMCC制浆工艺、浆料的氧脱木素及其漂白技术。研究结果表明,在蒸煮阶段适度控制纸浆卡伯值(18~20),而在氧脱木素阶段采用二段脱木素工艺,有利于提高纸浆的产量。同时,采用AD_1E_PD_2漂白程序,可使纸浆达到高白度要求(88%ISO),并且ClO_2的用量要比一般ECF漂白节约20%~25%。
The techniques of simulative EMCC pulping, oxygen delignification and pulp bleaching of eucalyptus urophylla were discussed in this paper. The results indicated that with the moderate control of kappa number (18-20) during the course of pulping it was propitious for the increase of pulp production by two-stage delignification in oxygen delignification. Moreover, the brightness of bleached pulps could reach to 88%ISO by using AD1EpD2 sequence bleaching, and the chlorine dioxide dosage in AD1EpD2 bleaching process could be economized by 20%-25% compared with the ordinary ECF (elemental chlorine free) sequences bleaching.
