117例老年人开胸手术的临床经验

A Clinical Experience of Intrathoracic Surgery in the Old:A Report of 117 Cases

报道我院１９９５年１月至１９９６年１月两年间施行的１１７例老年人开胸手术结果。年龄最大８５岁。５８％病例并存有以心肺为主的其它脏器疾病。全组无一例手术死亡。结果表明，适当的病例选择，作好术前准备和加强术后监护，老年人可以较好地耐受胸腔大型手术。

The authors reported 117 cases of the patients over 60 years of age,who were operated in thoracic surgeryWhen they were admitted to the hospital,there were 58% of cases of cardiopulmonary complications and no one died of postoperationWe believe that the aged patients can tolerate intrathoracic surgery well if the surgical candidated are properly selected with better treatment of cardiovascular complications and respiratory insufficiencyIn this respect,the important role of intensive care should be emphasized
