钛酸锶钡陶瓷的低频介电特性 被引量:1

Preparation and dielectric Properties of Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3 Ceramics

摘要 将溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ba0.6 Sr0.4 TiO3纳米粉体分别在1300℃和1330℃下烧结成瓷,采用XRD、SEM和LCR分别对粉体的物相结构、烧结体的晶粒形貌和材料的介电性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,随着陶瓷晶粒平均尺寸的降低,居里温度向负温度方向移动,其介电峰有弥散化趋势;陶瓷烧结体的介电损耗随致密度的升高而降低,室温附近在0.002左右,且温度稳定性良好;20℃下,样品在0.5~200 kHz下的介电常数随频率的上升而减小,而介电损耗则随频率的升高而增大。 Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 ceramics were prepared through a novel sol-gel process at 1 300 ℃ and 1 330 ℃ respectively. The phase structure of the Ba0.6 Sr0.4 TiO3 powders grains morphology and dielectric properties of the Ba0.6Sr0.4 TiO3 ceramics were investigated by XRD,SEM and LCR respectively. Results show that Curie temperature to negative value change and dielectric peaks of Ba0.6Sr0.4 TiO3 ceramics became lower and broader with the decreases of grain size. The 0. 002 at room temperature, and it has good temperature stability in the rang of 40-80 ℃. Under 20 ℃, the dielectric constant of samples decreases with the rise of frequency, and the dielectric loss increase with rise of frequency at 0. 5-200 kHz.
