摘要
调查结果表明:白僵菌在温湿度达到要求的条件下,喷撒在林木、林地上或银杏大蚕蛾幼虫虫体上,其孢子接触虫体后产生芽管,通过体表侵入其体内长成菌丝,并不断繁殖,使幼虫新陈代谢紊乱致病僵冻死亡,效果显著。
Effect of Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) Vuillemin on the control of Dictyoploca japonica Moore was studied for three consecutive years. The result showed that the infective rate of B. bassiana is up to 68% in the first year, and in the third year the ratio of infested trees decreases from 86. 7 % to 9.7 %. B. bassiana could also infect the pupae of the moth, showing that the insect - pathogenic fungus could disperse and infect naturally. It is conclu- ded that application of B. bassiana for the control of Dictyoploca japonica Moore is practical.
