Consideration on the Steady Promotion of the Reform of Collective Forest Property Right System in Guizhou Province

本文阐述了对集体林权制度改革的认识,总结了贵州林改试点的经验和做法,在指出和分析林改工作中存在问题及其原因的基础上,提出了推进林改的建议。

This paper discussed the significance of the reform of collective forest property right system and summarized the experience and practice of the reform in Guizhou province. Based on the analysis on the existing problems and their causes, some suggestions for the promotion of the reform were proposed.
