介绍了炼钢厂利用黑体空腔式钢水测温系统实现了中间包钢水温度的实时连续检测,阐述了其i作原理。连续测温系统可稳定操作,提高铸机作业率和铸坯质量,减少漏钢和冻眼。
This paper presents the application of a blackbody cavity-based continual temperature measurement system at the Steelworks to realize a continual temperature measurement of liquid steel in the tundish, and expounds its working principle. This system can stabilize operations, increase production rate and the quality of strands, decrease the rate of breakout and blockage.
