摘要
针对目前炼钢厂大型扒渣设备不具备小罐铁水罐扒渣的条件，造成炼钢冶炼铁水含渣量大，影响冶炼产品质量以及成本增加的一系列问题，提出解决方案，以达到提高产品质量和降低成本消耗的目的。
In light of a series of problems currently existing atthe Steelworks such as the large-scale slagging equipment unable to be used for small ladles, leading to liquid iron for steelmaking with big slag-containing Content, impacting the quality of smelting products and increasing cost, this paper puts forth solutions with the view of elevating products quality and reducing cost and consumption.
