Since the reform and opening up, we always consider the development as an important principle from development idea of both Dengxiaoping and Jiangzernin to scientific development concept. The connotation, the promotion of ＇ social advance in an all round way＇ and ＇ human＇ s overall development＇, is reflected in the development strategy of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, continuously advancing, internalizing, appearing and innovating with the development of the times and socialist practice with Chinese characteristics.
