摘要
在我国长期的行政改革实践中,江泽民形成了自己的行政改革思想。他强调了我国行政改革的重要性和必要性,提出了改革的目标、原则和内容。江泽民的行政改革思想充分体现了时代性、稳妥性和全面性的特点。
Jiangzemin forms his own idea on administrative reform in a process of China＇S long-term social practice, stressing on its importance and necessity and proposing its direction, principle and content. His idea fully reflects such characteristics as the times, reliability and comprehensive aspect.
