摘要
党的十七大提出建设生态文明,这既是对人类文明进入转型期的规律性把握,也是对当代中国科学发展理念的实践性提升。生态文明是人类继农业文明、工业文明后进行的一次新选择,将引领人类迈向文明的新高度,其核心是人与自然关系的和谐。
The issue of the construction of ecological civilization proposed by the 17th Party＇s Congress is the correct understanding to human civilization which is in period of the transformation as well as the practical promotion to the idea of China＇ s contemporary scientific growth. Ecological civilization, with the core of harmony between human and nature, becomes human＇s new option besides agricultural civilization and industrial civilization, leading human marching towards new height of civilization.
