摘要
西海固地区是我国最贫困的地区之一。生态环境恶劣、人口增长快、人口素质低下、产业结构不合理以及城镇化水平低是造成西海固地区贫困的主要原因。
Xihaigu region is one of the poorest areas in china for such reasons as hostile ecological environment, fast growth of population, lower quality of population, imperfect industry structure and low level of urbanization.
