摘要
目的:了解帕珠沙星对呼吸道和泌尿道感染常见病原菌的体外抗菌活性,指导临床合理用药。方法:常规分离培养细菌,用VITEKⅡ全自动细菌鉴定分析仪鉴定到种。药敏试验用琼脂平板稀释法检测MIC。结果:帕珠沙星对大肠埃希菌、嗜血杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌的抑菌率分别为87.2%、100%、100%、75.0%、85.7%、100%,总的抑菌率为88.8%。结论:帕珠沙星是一种有效的广谱抗菌物质,对呼吸道和泌尿道感染常见病原菌有较强的抗菌活性,可以作为治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染的一线药物。
Objective:To investigate the antibacterial activity of pazufloxacin to respiratory and urinary tract infectious pathogens and provide the data of rational use of antibiotic substance. Methods: The samples of sputum, urine and prostatic fluid of the patients with respiratory or urinary tract infectious diseases were screened. The bacteria in these samples were cultured and identified by VITEK Ⅱ automicrobic system. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of pazufloxacin was measured with agar dilution method. Results: Inhibitory rates of pazufloxacin to Escherichia coli, Haemophilus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumonia and Enterococcus faecalis were 87. 20%, 100%, 100%, 75.0%, 85. 7% and 100%, respectively. The total inhibitory rate was 88. 80%. Conclusion, Pazufloxacin is an effective broad - spectrum antibacterial agent. It has strong activity to common pathogens in respiratory and urinary tracts and may be used as the first line drug for respiratory and urinary tract infection.
