摘要 用司盘80和吐温20复配得到一系列HLB值不同的非离子表面活性剂,用于牛仔布防返染试验,得出了防返染效果与HLB值之间的关系;同时在本试验中考察了不同种类的非离子表面活性剂及其用量对牛仔布防返染效果的影响,并合成了一种专用的嵌段聚醚类防返染剂。 A series of nonion surfactants with different HLB values are applied in the experiment of backstaining of denim, which are obtained by compounding span-80 with tween-20. The relations are revealed between HLB value of surfactants and the effect of reducing indigo backstaining. In this paper, different kinds and dosage of surfactants are also investigated, and block polyether are designed and synthesized for reducing backstaining.
