本文主要从理论和现实两个层面探讨大学生就业与政府职能之间的关联性问题,希望通过这种思考进一步明确政府在大学生就业过程中的职能的定位问题,从而更有效地发挥政府的职能,解决大学生就业难问题。

The difficulty in the employment of university students is becoming the focus now.adays. It should take a long period of time to solve these problems under the help of government, emplyers and colleges. Undoubtedly there should be authorites that comform these resouces and it should be the government. This thesis aimes to find the relationship beween the government and the employment of university students. It is in great need to find the standpoint and function of government to solve this problems .
