摘要
在桥梁箱梁拼装过程中,通过对箱梁线形测控方法及其精度分析来调整箱梁变化趋势,使箱梁在桥梁成桥后最终线形与设计线形尽量一致。本文研究了箱梁线形测控方法及误差来源,结合某大桥工程实例,分析影响精度原因,以控制预制节段的线形,保证箱梁预制精度,然后通过自己编写的程序方便直观地看出箱梁预制的线形控制精度,达到实时监控目的,以满足工程需要。
The variety trend of box-girder can be adjusted through the method of box-girder line-style survey-control and precision analysis in order to consolide the final line-shape with designed line-shape. In this paper, the method of girder' s line-style surveycontrol and the origin of error are studied. With a practical example, the reasion affected the presicion is analyzed to control the linestyle of every section and assure the prefabricate precision of box-girder. By programming, the line-control precision can be gotten directly, which can perform real-time monitoring and meet the need of project.
