摘要
以白山市土地利用现状数据库变更方法研究项目为依托,通过对TM、ETM+、SPOT遥感影像数据处理方法,位置信息提取方法比较分析,相应精度谱的GPS测量作业模式的试验分析,研究建立土地利用现状数据库变更的方法。总结出基于3S技术进行土地利用现状数据库变更的方法、路线、关键技术以及各环节的具体实现过程,同时采用多元遥感影像数据进行配准、镶嵌、小波融合、差值比较提取变化图斑信息的经济有效新方法。实践证明该方法现势性好,作业效率高,避免了人为干扰,数据可靠、准确、精度高,对即将要在全国开展的新一轮土地利用现状数据库更新调查具有十分积极的指导意义。
Based on the project of land utilization status alteration study in the City of Baishan of Jilin Province, and with the analyse of processing TM, ETM + , SPOT RS image, the research of position information extraction and GPS work mode and experiment analysis, a methods of establishing the database about land utilization status alteration is studied. It summarizes the method, course, key technology and specific process of establishing database about land utilizable status alteration, at the same time, gets the new and effective methods of matching, mosaicking, wavelet fusion, and extraction the change information through the method of difference comparison. The practice proves that this method is effective, accurate and can avoid the interference of human, which has a great significance for establishing the alternative investigation of land utilization status.
