摘要
LSC2-7型锅炉冷爆预防和炉水波动问题的产生有设计时留下的不足之处,如锅炉烟道窄,炉管幅射受热面不均,烟气流速差以及锅炉给水泵额定流量不足,蓄水量少;更多来自使用者方面的原因。采取一些针对性的对策,如消除风油量比例不当,消除燃烧不良,消除点火失败炉内积油太多,防止锅炉假水位,加装永磁性水改器,调节给水泵增大流量,采取积极有效的日常维护管理对策,可以解决这些问题。此外,在燃油中添加油清灰助燃剂的试验,既可以节省燃油又可以减少锅炉冷爆现象。
the problem of LSC2-7type boiler cold explosion prevention and water fluctuation resulted from the remained shortages when designed and manufactured, such as narrow flue, unequal heat radiation from boiler tubes, flow speed difference of smoke and insufficient rated capacity of boiler water feed pump, less water storage; and more from operators, some pertinent measures such as eliminating improper ratio of air/oil, regulating water feed pump to increase flow and effective daily maintenance and management can be adopted to solve the problems successively, additionally , the test to add ash-clear dieselite into fuel proves that it not only saves fuel but also reduces the boiler cold explosion.
