摘要
轴流泵作为喷水推进器的核心部件具有推进效率高、抗空化能力强、噪声低等优点。为实现喷水推进轴流泵的三维模型自动生成,以FORTRAN为编程语言,完成了轴流泵叶轮的参数化自动建模。运用计算流体动力学CFD软件——FLUENT基于标准k-ε紊流模型及SIMPLE算法对020Q84喷水推进轴流泵内部流场及其运行特性进行了三维数值模拟,研究和分析叶轮转速变化对轴流泵性能的影响。
As the core part of water iet, axial flow pump has several advantages such as high efficiency, good capacity of anti-cavitation, less noise. To automatically generate the 3D model of water jet axial flow pump, the impeller of axial flow pump was modeled automatically by using FORTRAN as progranuning language. The article uses the Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD software-FLUENT to stimulate the inner flow field and performance of the 020Q84 axial flow pump in the way of three-dimensional numerical method which is based on the standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm. It studies and analyses the influence on the performance of axial flow pump through changing rotating speed.
