摘要
目的:研究迷走神经损伤对大鼠尿生成的影响与作用机制。方法:切断大鼠迷走神经,记录其血压和尿量,放免法测定血清心钠素、抗利尿激素和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结果:迷走神经损伤大鼠平均动脉压显著升高,尿量显著增多,血清心钠素和抗利尿激素水平显著下降,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平变化不明显。结论:迷走神经损伤大鼠尿量增多,其机制可能与心钠素和抗利尿激素分泌改变有关。
Objective: To investigate the uropoietic effect and mechanism in injury of vagus nerve rats. Methods: Record of the blood pressure and urine volume, determination of the atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), antidiuretic hormone (ADH) and angiotonin Ⅱ (ANGⅡ) in serum of the vagus nerve rats. Rusults.. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and urine volume were increased, the ANP levels were increased and the ADH levels were decreased, but the ANGⅡ levels were no significance changes. Conclusion.. The urine volume is increased in injury of vagus nerve rats. The ANP increase and the ADH decreased in serum may play an important role in the mechanisms.
