心房颤动与肾素-血管紧张素系统相关性的研究进展

摘要 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是最为常见的心律失常之一。其高发病率和高复发率已严重威胁人类健康。目前大量研究表明,AF的发生和维持与AF早期钙超载及心房肌电重构的发生有关。肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin sys-tem,RAS)对房颤的发生发展起着重要的作用。随着近年来对AF发病机制研究的深入,发现心房肌局部RAS的激活也是促成房颤的重要因素。本文就AF与胞内钙调控、RAS系统激活之间的相关性作一综述。
