摘要
分析了电控共轨供油泵进油电磁阀衔铁组件的运动过程,使用Simulink软件对衔铁吸合和回落过程运动时间进行了模拟计算,得到电磁阀部件运动的极限频率为253 Hz,为电磁阀部件在磨合和试验过程中控制系统设定的控制频率提供了理论依据,避免了因输入频率过高而导致的电磁阀部件运动不正常。
With Simulink software, the movement of high pressure common rail pump inlet solenoid valve was analyzed, time for solenoid driven armature and valve move up and down was calculated. Results show that the movement limiting frequency is 253 Hz, thus provide theoretical guide for the frequency setting value of ageing and testing experience, to avoid the abnormal movement with incorrect driven frequency.
