连铸坯切割测长监视系统模型设计

Design of Observe Model for Cutting and Length Measuring System

针对宝钢连铸坯切割测长过程中出现的铸坯超长、未切断,测长不准确等问题,设计了一个连铸坯切割测长监视系统模型,当上述问题发生时及时报警并辅助查找故障原因。根据现行切割测长系统的运行特点,设计了它的功能模型,提出利用现场光电管引入作为长度测量,既节省了设备又解决了测长不准确等问题;又建立了更深入的设计模型,描述了具体功能的实现过程,同时该模型采用了先进的UML建模技术,消除了因人而异的最佳表达方法所造成的影响,更有利于模型在实际系统中应用。实际应用结果表明,该模型基本满足了现场要求。

To the problems occurring in the process of cutting and length measuring such as slab length over the standard, slab not-cut-off, and inaccurate measuring in Baosteel, an observe system model is designed, which could alarm and assist to find out where is wrong when the problems occur. According to the characters of current cutting and length measuring system, the functional model is designed to measure the length by using the local phototube, which both saved equipment and solved the problem of inaccurate measuring. The further model is also designed, which describes how to realize the specific function, This model is based on UML, which avoids influence of different people and is more propitious to be used in real system, The practical results show the effectiveness of the proposed model.
