摘要
采用20%WC颗粒(重量比)作为镍基自熔合金的掺杂增强相,研究了该复合材料在送粉激光熔覆工艺条件下的显微组织、显微硬度与熔覆工艺规范的关系,同时结合对熔覆层的结构进行分析,得出了较优的工艺规范.
In this paper, 20%WC particulates are used to reinforced phase of Ni base auto-melt alloy. The relations between micro-structure or micro-rigidity and technique parameter of auto-feeding laser cladding are studied, at the same time, these relations are combined with analysis results of coat structure, optimized technique parameter is achived.
