热毒平抗中暑内毒素血症的机制探讨-对血中超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化产物含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨中药复方制剂热毒平抗中暑内毒素血症的机制,为该类药物在重症中暑患者治疗中的运用打下基础。方法在干球温度(34.5±0.5)℃,相对湿度(60±5)%的条件下建立小鼠中暑模型,将40只小鼠随机分为热毒平组、西黄芪胶组、生理盐水组、高温中暑组和正常对照组。用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,用总胆汁酸(TBA)循环酶法检测丙二醛(MDA)的含量,用电镜观察肝脏的病理变化。结果热毒平组小鼠血中SOD含量和MDA含量分别高于和低于西黄芪胶组、高温对照组、生理盐水组(P<0.001),而与正常对照组相近;肝组织损伤明显轻于其他阳性对照组。结论热毒平具有抗脂质过氧化、保护重要脏器功能的作用,这是其抗内毒素血症的机制之一。 Objective To investigate the mechanism that reduping, a novel endotoxin -antagonist made from traditional Chinese medical herbs, protects mice against endotoxemia in mufine heat stroke and provide experimental evidence for application of this kind of medicine in the treatment of heat stroke. Methods Murine heat stroke model was established under the condition of dry bulb temperature ( 34.5 ± 0.5 ) ℃and (60 ± 5 ) % of relative humidity. Forty mice were randomly divided into five groups including reduping group, xihuangqijiao group, physiological saline group, heat stroke group and normal group. Serum level of SOD using the method of xanthine oxidase and MDA using TBA were detected. The pathologic change of liver was observed by electron microscope. Results Serum level of SOD in reduping group was significantly higher and serum level of MDA was significantly lower ( P 〈0. 001 ) than that in xihuangqijiao group, physiological saline group, and heat stroke group and the pathologic change of liver in reduping group was less than that in the three groups. Conclusion The effect of anti - lipid peroxidation and protection of the important organs may be one of the mechanisms that reduping - induced protection against endotoxemia.
