Development Direction of the Current Educational Organization Management:On Knowledge-based Management

当前,知识管理愈来愈成为管理战略的最佳选择,它必将推动教育管理尤其是教育组织管理的改革发展。本文在分析知识管理的内涵与特征的基础上指出了教育组织管理的发展路向:观念上寻求科学与人文的融合;形态与效能上寻求知识化;结构上寻求扁平网络化。

As knowledge management is becoming the best choice of strategy management, it will promote the reform and development of education management and particularly educational organization management. Based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of knowledge-based management, the paper proposes the development direction of educational organization management, that is, integration of science and the humanities in concepts, being knowledge-based in morphology and performance, and seeking flat network in structure.
